RETURN POLICY  


  • Only new mowers without gas or oil added will be eligible for returns.
  • If you have added gas or oil to the engine you may not return the mower due to federal shipping regulations and safety reasons.
  • If you have already added gas or oil, please contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

  • Replacement parts and products other than mowers are not eligible for returns (trimmers, blowers, accessories, parts etc.)
 
If a mower is returned and is not in original or new condition, the mower will be retained by Brand New Mowers.
The transaction will be final and the buyer will receive no compensation.
 
All mower returns must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.
 
All authorized mower returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, repackaging, cleaning, etc.
The customer will be responsible for the actual outbound shipping and handling rates and also return shipping charges for all returns.
Customers will be deducted the actual outbound shipping and handling amount from their refund when returning items listed with Free Shipping.
 
Eligible mowers with an RMA must be returned in the original packaging with full insurance and tracking information supplied to us upon return.

An authorized RMA must be issued by Brand New Mowers before an eligible engine may be returned.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Special Orders  

 

Sales of certain items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer will be final, meaning no returns.
Special orders that are not normally stocked will be clearly noted in the item listing by the label "Ships Factory Direct".  

 

Canceled Orders  
When canceling an order that has already been processed or shipped you will be subjected to a delivery intercept fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Order cancellations must take place immediately (within 1 hour of purchase) by replying to the order confirmation e-mail or by filling out a contact us form. If you refuse an order at delivery you will be charged the standard restocking fee and be subjected to a delivery intercept fee where roundtrip shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
 
 
WARRANTY
 
The manufacturer of the product you are purchasing carries the warranty for all items. Please contact the manufacturer which has staffed personnel to assist you in answering questions or obtaining replacement parts. The manufacturer will direct you to their local authorized factory service center where they will inspect the equipment for defects, and will repair or replace anything that is found to be a manufacturers defect and cover it under the product warranty at no charge to you. All warranty work must be done by an authorized warranty dealer as directed by the manufacturer.
 
BrandNewEngines, Inc. is an authorized sales dealer for all items we sell. If warranty work is needed, please contact the manufacturer of the product. We can help locate a warranty center for you if you can't find the manufacturers telephone number or website address. Please click here for a list of manufacturer contact information. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with warranty work, including shipping and transportation to a service center.
 
 
All website orders must agree to this policy before an order is placed.
