All buyers use equipment at their own risk. We will not be liable for any damages while using this equipment. All responses to questions assume that the person asking the question is trained and competent to use/work on the equipment.
While the manufacturer may have a warranty for the goods sold through BrandNewEngines Inc, we make no warranties, implied, or expressed, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness with respect to such goods.
In no event shall BrandNewEngines Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect special punitive or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from the loss of use, data, profits, etc.

WARRANTY
The manufacturer of the product you are purchasing carries the warranty for all items. Please contact the manufacturer which has staffed personnel to assist you in answering questions or obtaining replacement parts. The manufacturer will direct you to their local authorized factory service center where they will inspect the equipment for defects, and will repair or replace anything that is found to be a manufacturers defect and cover it under the product warranty at no charge to you. All warranty work must be done by an authorized warranty dealer as directed by the manufacturer.
BrandNewEngines, Inc. is an authorized sales dealer for all items we sell. If warranty work is needed, please contact the manufacturer of the product. We can help locate a warranty center for you if you can't find the manufacturers telephone number or website address. Please click here for a list of manufacturer contact information. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with warranty work, including shipping and transportation to a service center. |
